Beemart Enterprises continues to experience growth and is now seeking an experienced and reliable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our fast-paced fresh produce distribution centre in Rocklea.
This role is full time 4 days per week.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse during night shift hours, maintaining quality standards, and meeting delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching fresh produce
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Cold Chain Management)
Lead, train, and motivate a team of pickers, forklift drivers, and general warehouse staff




Monitor inventory levels, report variances, and liaise with logistics and procurement teams
Conduct pre-starts, manage shift handovers, and complete daily reports
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (valid LF license preferred)
Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are always followed
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fresh produce or cold storage warehouse
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and produce handling
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
Forklift license (LF) and high reach experience advantageous
Ability to work in cold environments (2-8°C) and perform physical tasks
