You will lead and develop the operations team, drive continuous improvement, manage production and safety, and oversee P&L; responsibilities in a energetic site environment.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will focus on sustainable quarry development, environmental management, and stakeholder engagement while delivering on targets and maintaining Zero Harm
