Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician / Mechanic to join our Kuluin Branch on the Sunshine Coast.
About the Role
Reporting to the SEQ Service Manager, this hands‐on role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of access equipment.
You will work closely with our Service, Operations and Sales teams to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant and ready for hire.
Experience with EWP access equipment, forklifts, telehandlers, hydraulic systems and electrical fault finding will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong mechanical skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Perform workshop servicing, repairs, major inspections and equipment run‐ups in line with operational requirements.
Complete Pre-Hire Inspections, scheduled servicing, 90-Day, Annual and compliance inspections across various equipment makes and models.
Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs.




Ensure equipment scheduled for hire is fully operational, clean and ready for dispatch.
Attend field service breakdowns and onsite repairs as required.
Wash, clean, move and prepare equipment as required.
Maintain accurate service records, job cards and inspection documentation.
Follow all company WHS, environmental and quality procedures.
Support a positive team culture and assist with other duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience in servicing and repairing mobile plant, access equipment, forklifts or similar machinery.
Sound mechanical troubleshooting and fault-finding ability.
Hydraulic and electrical diagnostic experience highly regarded.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Valuable communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
Forklift, EWP or HR licence advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks when required.
Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to safety.
