Every fit-out is different, providing plenty of variety and opportunities to use your skills.Quality is everything to us.
Every vehicle leaves our workshop representing the KAT name, so attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeAssembling KAT Vehicle Shelving systemsInstalling shelving systems into commercial vans and utesManufacturing and fitting false flooring systemsMeasuring,



creating and cutting timber floor templatesInstalling slide drawer systemsInstalling roof bars, roof racks and ladder restraintsMeasuring, marking and modifying components for accurate fitmentCarrying out quality checks throughout each installationTreating every customer vehicle with care and respectMaintaining a clean, organised and protected workshopCompleting work within allocated timeframes while maintaining exceptional workmanshipWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience fitting vehicle accessories, commercial vehicle fit-outs or a similar role (essential)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to read and follow drawings, measurements and installation instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience using hand and power toolsConfidence measuring, cutting and accurately fitting componentsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipReliable, organised and punctualAbility to meet deadlines without compromising qualityTreating every customer vehicle with care and respect while maintaining a clean work areaCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceHighly RegardedExperience fitting shelving systems or commercial van fit-outsFabrication or workshop experienceWhy Join KAT?
