As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver person-centered support and disability accommodation that makes a genuine difference in the lives of our participants, their families, and the communities we serve.We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven and community-focused Relationships & BD Manager to join our team.About the RoleAs our Relationships & BD Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of Home Carer's Alliance by building strong relationships across the disability sector and creating opportunities for new participant referrals.Working closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals and community organisations, you'll build trusted referral partnerships, strengthen referral pathways and help connect participants with the right supports at the right time.This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and making a positive impact within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to support the ongoing growth of Home Carer's Alliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Behaviour Support Practitioners, allied health professionals, hospitals and other key referral partners.Promote HCA's services through networking, community engagement, presentations and industry events.Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to strengthen stakeholder engagement and business growth.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the disability, health and community sectors.Represent Home Carer's Alliance at expos, conferences,



community events and networking opportunities.Respond promptly to new participant enquiries and referral opportunities.Coordinate participant onboarding in collaboration with the Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure a seamless transition into services.Act as the primary relationship manager for referral partners throughout the referral and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.Maintain ongoing relationships with referral partners, seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to strengthen referral pathways.Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and community events to increase brand awareness.Maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagement, referrals and business development activities.Ensure all business development activities align with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.Contribute to a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace culture.Travel as required.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, creating new opportunities and connecting people with the supports they need.You'll also have:Previous experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management.Experience within the disability, health, community services or allied health sector.A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant journey.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Robust organisational and time management skills.A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach.Confidence working independently while collaborating with a wider team.Experience managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining accurate CRM records.Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
