We make high quality pet care products that owners trust and pets actually enjoy, and we're building the team to take it worldwide.We're after a sharp, analytical Sales & Commercial Coordinator to work alongside our Head of Sales & Operations.This is the engine-room role: you'll support the reporting, pricing and promotional admin that keeps our retail accounts humming, and free up senior time for strategy and growth.
If you are highly organised and like turning messy numbers into a clean story and getting things over the line on deadline, you'll thrive here in our small team.What you'll actually doBuild the weekly sales-vs-forecast and category performance reporting that drives our decisionsRun promotional and pricing admin across retailer portals — Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Petbarn, Petstock, Amazon and moreKeep the promo calendar, forecasts and margin models accurate and on timeSupport our international rollout — distributor onboarding, launch tracking, competitor researchPitch in across NPD, cost submissions and supply chain when the team needs coverWhat you'll bring2–3 years minimum in FMCG, retail or consumer goods in a sales support,
