Our values of Respect, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Excellence, and Responsibility guide everything we do.The OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer / Glazing Installation Assistant to support our experienced onsite glazier with installation works across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.This is a full-time role offering 38 standard hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available and the potential for Saturday work when required.
This position would suit someone who is physically fit, hands-on, and keen to learn from an experienced tradesperson.
Previous glazing experience is beneficial but not essential, provided you have the right attitude, reliability,



and willingness to work hard on site.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with installation works,Site preparation,Loading and unloading materials,Heavy lifting,Keeping work areas safe and tidySupporting the glazier to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.The Ideal CandidateTo be successful in this role, you will be:Reliable, punctual, and willing to work full time hours with overtime as requiredPhysically fit and confident with heavy lifting and manual handlingComfortable working under the direction of an experienced glazierInterested in learning onsite glazing and installation workBased locally in the Gold Coast area, or able to travel from BrisbaneSafety-conscious and able to work well as part of a small onsite teamAble to work longer hours when project demands require itYou will also need:A current White CardPrevious glazing, construction, labouring, or installation experience, desirable but not essentialSupportive, family-oriented work environmentOpportunity to learn from an experienced onsite glazierFull-time stability with regular overtime availableHands-on role across residential and commercial glazing projectsPlease note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
