You will lead a large team, model authentic hospitality, and ensure quality and efficiency across all shifts.You will train and mentor staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure procedures are followed.
This role offers weekend/night rosters with hourly pay in line with the Quick Food Industry Award.
