About the Role
We are seeking a Skilled Construction Labourer to join our finishing team.
This role focuses on the final stages of pool construction, where precision and workmanship matter most.
You'll work alongside experienced trades and supervisors to ensure every project is completed to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities




Pool area cleaning and site preparationPool plumbing and chemical balancingSmall tiling and grout workWaterproofing applicationsAssisting trades in various finishing tasksMenial tasks such as digging trenches, dump runs, and other physical site dutiesEnsuring work is completed safely and efficiently
About You
Experience in construction or trade background (tiling, plumbing, waterproofing, or similar) preferredEye for detail and quality workmanshipPhysically fit and able to work in outdoor conditionsStrong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent manual driver's licence and reliable transport
