Tasks and Responsibilities
DAY TO DAY
Installing, commissioning and servicing commercial kitchen equipment
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment installation and servicing is required
Carry out onsite Preventative maintenance, service and other routine tasks
Need to make sure the installation guide line has been followed, complete check list, provide complete feed back to the Head Office
Essential that all the OH & S standards are followed and met
Need to be flexible and be able to work in a busy fast paced environment.




CHALLENGES
Ensure all procedures are followed and paperwork is complete and submitted on time and correctly.
All tasks must be completed within a reasonable time and ensure the quality of your work.
Must be thorough and avoid mistakes.
Manage allocated assets including spare parts, computers and tools, vehicle etc.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A GRADE LICENCE OR
BOTH OF THESE - CLASS 1 – LOCATE & RECTIFY SERVICE APPLIANCES AND CLASS 2 – RECONNECT & DISCONNNECT
Gas Licence - Preferable but not essential
Electronic and computer/IT knowledge
Good Trouble Shooting Skills
High Level communication skills
Ability to interact and liaise with all team members
Customer focus and relationship skills
Ability to operate Solo or as part of a team
Maybe required to work some weekends
Travel involved
Clean Driving License essential
2 Contactable referees musts be provided
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents
