About the Role
Iconic Recruit are recruiting for a proactive and motivated Facilities Coordinator to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across Australia.
In this role, you'll take ownership of building and essential service management, with a solid focus on maintenance, compliance, capital works, and safety.
Based on-site in the Sydney CBD, you'll enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule as part of a supportive and collaborative team within a dynamic property business.
Occasional travel between sites will be required at key times.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and management of essential services across the property portfolio, including mechanical, fire protection and safety systems.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and building regulations.
Coordinate maintenance requests,



ensuring prompt resolution of issues and adherence to lease obligations and equipment lifecycle requirements.
Manage and deliver capital works projects.
Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Schedule and manage both preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Skills & Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with solid attention to detail.
Previous experience in facilities or operations management, ideally across a multi-site or property portfolio.
