Aircraft Structural Contractors prides itself as a business leader in aviation as a CASR Part 145 approved repair centre for a wide range of aeronautical products, together with aviation labour hire and AOG recovery service to operators.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and oversee our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic aviation environment.This position is 25 hours per week, on-site, preferably 5 hour days, 5 days a week at our Caboolture facility, with a start asap.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue RecognitionCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManage and comply with local, state,
