Opportunity to grow into a full time coaching and sales position.Ongoing mentoring and professional development.A supportive team that holds each other to a high standard.The chance to coach an engaged, committed member base that genuinely values great coaching.Must-havesWe're looking for someone who already has the foundations to thrive in a professional coaching environment.EssentialCertificate IV in Fitness.Current First Aid and CPR certification.Proven experience coaching group fitness in a professional environment.A genuine passion for health, fitness and strength training, with a commitment to your own training and development.Availability to work a consistent roster, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.Highly regardedBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or a related field.Experience coaching within a structured, programming-based group training environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Sales or member success experience, or an interest in developing these skills as part of a full-time career pathway.Why BFT Leichhardt?
