This is a hands on, delivery focused role.
You'll be working across testing support, transition planning and operationalisation activities as we prepare for go-live.
It's a structured, well-governed environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working within explicit process and governance while still bringing initiative to how you get things done.
You'll be joining an established Business Transformation stream, working alongside three Change Managers and a Scrum Master/PM, and reporting into the Business and Change Lead.
This isn't a role where you're building the change function from scratch, the structure and team are already in place.
What's needed is someone who can plug in quickly and start contributing from week one.
There's also good reason to think this engagement could extend beyond the initial 3 months.
With a post go-live backlog and a smaller follow on phase already flagged, this has genuine potential to run longer for the right person.
What you'll be doing
Supporting change activities across testing, transition planning and operationalisation phases
Working closely with Change Managers and the broader transformation team to keep change activities on track ahead of go-live
Contributing to change readiness and adoption activities as we move toward go-live and beyond
Operating with a good degree of autonomy once briefed, this is not a role requiring heavy oversight
What you'll bring
Proven Change Analyst experience gained in large, structured and governed environments, Higher Education, Finance or large corporate backgrounds are all highly regarded
Experience supporting system implementation projects, particularly around testing, transition and operationalisation
Comfortable operating within a multi disciplinary change and transformation team
Strong initiative and the ability to ramp up quickly with minimal onboarding
Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR is a plus, though not essential
