Programmed is currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented Laboratory & Field Technician to support operations within a leading asphalt and infrastructure materials business in Teralba, NSW.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory and field testing, analysing and reporting results, maintaining compliance requirements and supporting quality assurance activities across asphalt production and surfacing operations.You will play a key role in ensuring testing, reporting and quality systems are maintained to the highest standards while working closely with laboratory, technical and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct laboratory and field testing in accordance with relevant standards and proceduresComplete, review and prepare laboratory test reportsMaintain test records, registers and laboratory documentationEnsure reports are issued within required QTMR timeframesMonitor and review test results, identifying and escalating non-conformances where requiredCommunicate testing outcomes and quality results with plant operations teamsReview aggregate and mix performance data and maintain tracking systemsParticipate in workplace safety activitiesReport hazards, incidents, near misses,
