Mercy Community are on the search for an experienced Registered Nursefor our Residential Aged Care Facility inNudgee.
This is a casual role with the opportunity to join a highly experienced, passionate and resident focused team.This position is responsibility for coordinating person-centred care to residents and supervision of staff across one or more clusters within the residential care facility.
Working collaboratively within a skilled team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents.
Our Residential Aged Care facility in Nudgee is a unified community that extends across 4 single-levelled buildings surrounded by several hectares of landscaped gardens.This role involves but not limited to:Providing safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice & monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident careEnsuring residents, their families and significant others are included in the care planning process and engaged in decisions affecting the residentCoordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standardsPreparing ANACC documentation so that funding is optimisedAbout youRegistration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseExperience in leading a team and supervising staffBe an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident,
