As a Production Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our innovative medical devices are delivered to customers around the world.
Working across production, inventory, purchasing, quality, and logistics, you'll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting the manufacture and distribution of life-changing technology.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with multiple teams, coordinate critical operational activities, and contribute to continuous improvement within an ISO *****-certified medical device environment.

We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to build a reliable, long-term career while making a meaningful contribution every day.What You'll DoMaintain product labelling and controlled documentation in line with quality and regulatory requirements.Support quality inspections, non-conformance reporting, and corrective action activities.Assist with purchasing,
supplier purchase orders, and production work orders.Maintain ERP (MiniMRP) records, including parts, bills of materials (BOMs), and material allocations.Support inventory management, stocktakes, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation.Process returned goods and support supplier returns.Work closely with the Production Team Leader to support production scheduling and day-to-day manufacturing activities.Ensure accurate records are maintained across production, inventory, and quality systems.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production and quality processes.What You'll BringMust HaveStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyEffective problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across departments.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Mini MRP systemsNice to HavePrevious experience in production support, manufacturing, inventory control, purchasing, or logistics.Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
