On behalf of our client, we are seeking a full-time experienced Contract Administrator.This role plays a key part in ensuring that client engagements, labour allocations, and transport service arrangements for our client are accurately documented, actively managed, and aligned with contractual requirements.Working closely with operations, scheduling, and client-facing teams, you will ensure that contracts are effectively administered across their full lifecycle - from onboarding through to variations, performance tracking, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for:Preparing, reviewing and maintaining contracts relating to logistics services, including container unloading, transport and related operational servicesManaging contract variations and change requests (e.g. changes to scope, service levels, volumes or pricing), ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are in placeCoordinating contract setup and onboarding of new client engagements, including maintaining registers, tracking key dates, and ensuring all required documentation is completeEnsuring labour deployment aligns with contractual obligations, agreed service levels, and client requirementsMonitoring contractor and service delivery performance against contractual terms, including KPIs, SLAs and agreed deliverablesInvestigating and resolving contract-related queries or discrepancies (e.g. invoicing, service scope, or delivery issues) in collaboration with operationsPreparing reports and updates for management on contract status, variations,



risks and performance outcomesAssisting with submissions, service proposals and renewals, including compiling supporting documentationMaintaining accurate records across systems to ensure contract and operational data is up to date and audit-readyQualifications, Skills & ExperienceA Diploma or higher qualification in a related field; orAt least 3 years experience in contract administration (preferably within logistics, transport, labour hire or a similar operational setting).
Demonstrated experience in contract administration, preferably within logistics, supply chain, transport, or labour hire environmentsStrong ability to interpret and manage contract terms, including variations, extensions and service adjustmentsExperience supporting operational teams with contract-linked activities such as workforce allocation, service delivery tracking or invoicingHigh attention to detail, particularly when managing large volumes of documentation and dataStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneouslyEffective stakeholder engagement skills, including working with operations teams, clients and contractorsStrong written communication skills, particularly in drafting formal correspondence, reports and summariesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM, ERP or contract management systemsSalary:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)Do you want to receive recommendations for similar jobs?
