The Role –
Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off
Shifts of 8–12 hours
If you live more than 1 hour from Tarcutta, you must reside on camp for the duration of your swing — camp accommodation and meals are fully provided
A company vehicle is provided
Candidates must be willing to undergo a drug and alcohol test prior to employment

The Opportunity
We're hiring for multiple roles across new and ongoing projects:
Traffic Controllers (TCR)
Flexible start dates and long-term job security available.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage traffic flow at worksites and events
Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct vehicles and pedestrians
Set up, monitor,
and remove traffic control plans
Perform vehicle checks and equipment loading/unloading
Complete safety paperwork and hazard assessments
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe and compliant work zones
Follow directions from team leaders and site supervisors
What You'll Bring
Traffic Control Work Training (TCWT) Card – TCR & IMP
Construction White Card (OH&S;)
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Flexibility to work a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, including days, nights, and weekends
Willingness to live on camp if residing more than 1 hour from Tarcutta
A safety-first attitude and outstanding communication
Ability to work well solo or in a team
Full Australian working rights
Prior experience is a bonus – but not essential!
