Working as part of a two-person reception team, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client, visitor and caller receives a warm, professional and caring experience from the moment they connect with us.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.What you'll be doingAs one of the first people our clients meet, you'll help create a positive and professional first impression of Law Partners.Your day will include:Welcoming clients, visitors, barristers, solicitors and other guestsWorking collaboratively with another receptionist to manage our busy front-of-house functionAnswering and directing a high volume of incoming telephone calls professionally and efficientlyManaging enquiries and ensuring they reach the right team promptlyCoordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrivalsMaintaining a welcoming,
