V&C; Foods is an established local foodservice distributor based in South Nowra, supplying restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafés and takeaways across the region.
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator – Evening Shift to join our team in a permanent part-time role.
This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable using technology, and can stay accurate and focused in a busy operational environment.
This is an office-based role, but you will work independently during the evening shift and interact regularly with warehouse staff on the floor and the butcher team to help ensure orders, picking, invoicing and delivery schedules are completed accurately.
About the role
Work weekday evening shifts between 5:00pm to 11:00pm, your duties will include:
Entering customer orders accurately
Preparing and registering picks
Invoicing customer orders and preparing credits
Finalising delivery run schedules
Using our ERP, delivery scheduling software and order management systems
Liaising with warehouse and butchery staff as required
Completing general administration tasks to support the evening operation
About you
Previous experience in administration, order processing, invoicing or a similar role is a requirement along with a positive can-do attitude.

Confident using computers and software systems
A clear communicator when working with operational teams
Training will be provided by the incumbent and management.
