Montier Health is seeking a motivated, professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at our Benowa clinic.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a busy healthcare workplace, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient.As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an integral role in ensuring our clinics operate efficiently while delivering a warm, welcoming and professional experience.About the RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerManaging a high volume of incoming phone calls and patient enquiriesScheduling appointments across multiple practitioners with accuracy and attention to detailMaintaining accurate patient records and data entryProcessing patient accounts, Medicare, EFTPOS, HiCAPS, DVA and WorkCover transactionsPreparing, scanning and managing clinical documentationSupporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including presentation of reception and waiting areasAssisting the Practice Manager with administrative duties, quality improvement activities and accreditation requirementsMaintaining strict patient confidentiality and adhering to privacy legislationWorking collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider clinical team to ensure outstanding patient careAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception roleOutstanding customer service and communication skillsA friendly,



professional and compassionate approach to patient careExcellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systemsThe ability to prioritise competing tasks and remain calm under pressureA high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentialityExperience using medical software such as Best Practice, Gentu, Cliniko or similarFlexibility to occasionally work across our other Brisbane and Gold Coast clinic locationsWhy Join Montier Health?
