- Implement and administer recent storage infrastructure installations, including firmwareand software upgrades for the supported systems.
- Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues,



and provideeffective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backupsfor tracking and recovery).
- Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, andcontribute to IT support process and policy development.
