Compas is seeking a highly organised Project Support Officer to support multiple ICT projects, working closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, business stakeholders and vendors in a collaborative and professional environment.
This is a fantastic 12-month non-ongoing opportunity with a 6-month extension option and potential to move into an ongoing role.
Location: ACTContract Duration: 12-month non-ongoing appointment, with a 6-month extension option and potential for ongoingSalary: $95,000 - $114,000 + superannuationSecurity Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required, NV2 preffered.Closing Date: 10 July ****
Essential Tasks:
Coordinate and support multiple ICT initiatives, helping track activities, milestones and deliverables.Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, reports, briefs, registers and governance papers.Support governance activities,



including meetings, agendas, papers, actions and decision records.Assist with risk, issue, dependency and action tracking to support smooth project delivery.
Key Criteria
Experience providing project coordination or project support within ICT delivery environments.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Experience maintaining project schedules, registers, reports and governance documentation.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical and vendor teams.
