We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support our rapid growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of human resources — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.
What You Will Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.




Develop and implement a robust onboarding programme to integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
Lead the transition to a comprehensive HRIS platform and ensure all HR policies are compliant and up-to-date.
What You Bring:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across the organisation.
