The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our resort, to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure whilst ensuring our guests are a priority.You will be required to effectively resolve maintenance issues relevant to your trade or within your capabilites,



which may include hands on work or the delegation of tasks to contractors or other maintenance team members.Respond to guest maintenance issues whilst representing a level of customer service and professionalism that consistently exceeds our guests' expectations.Proactively identify areas for improvement within the resort.Desired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in general maintenance and repairsAbility to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficientlyProficiency in using hand and power toolsUnderstanding of health and safety regulations in a maintenance environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work on a part-time schedule as required
