This role manages the sales floor, coordinates staff schedules, and leads the team to meet sales and performance targets.
The Boutique Manager maintains visual merchandising standards, ensures accurate stock management, and champions product knowledge to support informed customer engagement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, resolving customer queries,



handling boutique administration, and upholding brand values and sustainability-focused practices in all interactions.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a premium in-boutique experience.Solid Product Knowledge and understanding of fashion retail, with the capacity to translate brand values and design details into clear, engaging conversations with customers.Experience in Boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock handling, and visual merchandising in a fashion or lifestyle environment.Proven Team Management abilities, including leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.Additional beneficial qualifications: previous boutique or store management experience, competence with POS and retail management systems, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and an interest in sustainable and ethical fashion.
