You will be responsible for upholstering office chairs and commercial furniture to a high standard using a variety of upholstery tools and techniques.Duties IncludeUpholstering office chairs and commercial furnitureUsing hand staplers, upholstery tools and power toolsCutting and preparing fabrics, foam and other materials using templates and patternsMeasuring, fitting and securing upholstery materialsCompleting quality inspections on finished productsMaintaining a clean and protected work areaWorking as part of a team to meet production targetsTo Be Successful, You Will HavePrevious upholstery experience is essentialExperience upholstering commercial furniture, office chairs or similar productsExperience using hand staplers, upholstery tools and power toolsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipA reliable work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat's On Offer$35-$40 per hour + Super (depending on experience)Monday to Friday rosterRegular overtime availableSupportive team environmentGenuine temp-to-permanent opportunityImmediate start availableOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
