On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.The role will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of all marketing/sales initiatives and targets – and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:Overseeing the full sales cycle for the allocated regionManage the team to achieve overall sales targets, as well as focused KPIsCommunicate, present, influence credibly and effectively at all levelsPrepare and provide accurate monthly reports and forecasts for revenue and sales to upper managementUnlock recent users of productsOversee team to ensure attraction of new customers and partners while retaining existing customers and partnersIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor statusOverseeing activities of marketing team to generate increased interest and knowledge of brand across the regionExperience and skills required:Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degreeExtensive experience in direct, complex, solution led sellingExperience with managing process of lead generationExperience working with decision makers and closing dealsClear experience involving achievement of ambitious targets and growthWillingness to travelCommercially minded with a proven track record of sales growthStrong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levelsOutstanding influencing skillsSalary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $90,000-$120,000
