You will be managing clients and working as part of a busy team helping survivors of historical child abuse in personal injury claims.
The Candidate
2+ to 5+ years PQE
Experience in litigation is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction between clients, colleagues and team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self- motivated and organised.
Prior experience or knowledge of personal injury claims is preferable
Key tasks include:
Managing clients from diverse backgrounds and provide high quality legal advice.
Drafting of legal documents including correspondence, advices, chronologies, position papers, pleadings, briefs for counsel and evidentiary bundles.
Legal research and case preparation
File administration.

Salary: Salary package $100,000-$165,000 depending on the candidate.
