We're now seeking passionate qualified educators to join our centre.
Our beautiful, purpose-built centre features state-of-the-art play spaces with open-ended resources that spark creativity and curiosity — all surrounded by natural outdoor environments that inspire learning through play for our Learners today, leaders tomorrow.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for educators who:
LOVE working with children and are advocates for quality early learning
Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a team spirit every day
Have a strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, and Regulations
Are committed to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and child safety
Availability to work Monday - Friday varying hours.

Your Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging,



high-quality educational programs (depending on the role)
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues
Support a culture of reflection, responsibility, and excellence
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels secure, valued and supported
Champion child safety and wellbeing, ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday interactions
Maintain high standards of care, supervision and compliance in line with service policies and regulations
Contribute to a positive team culture built on open communication, respect and shared responsibility
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Requirements
Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
Obtain or hold a current National Police Check (Criminal History Check)
