and continuous improvement initiatives.Each day brings opportunities to make a meaningful difference and support clients to live their best possible lives.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Certificate III in Individual Support, Leisure & Health, Community Services or similarExperience supporting people living with dementia is highly valued, as many of our programs are designed to maintain cognitive function, foster social connection and create moments of purpose, achievement and joy.National Police CheckDriver's licenceReliable VehicleWe would also love you to bring the following skills:A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older peopleAn understanding of the importance of social connection, cognitive engagement and person-centred careCreativity, enthusiasm and confidence facilitating meaningful activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyPatience, empathy and adaptability when supporting people with changing needsStrong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple prioritiesA positive attitude, proactive mindset and energy that inspires participation and enjoymentWhy join ECH?
