About The Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be providing hands on support on a daily basis to ensure our client contractual obligations are met, working onsite with a major client 38 hours per week at Ashmore.
Prepare physical documentation for distribution.Scanning of documents on high-speed scanning stations, wide format and flatbed scannersProcessing of incoming and outgoing mailInternal rounds for clientOperating a car to deliver items around the Gold CoastHighlight any issues to managementComplete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance with quality benchmarksProficient in data entry, validation, and quality control using specialised or proprietary software systemsSkilled in interpreting and executing detailed technical instructions with minimal supervisionCapable of identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data inconsistencies or processing errors in real timeStrong collaborator with cross-functional teams to support seamless workflow integration and operational efficiency
