About The Role
As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating daily schedules and job allocations
Managing customer communications and service enquiries
Resolving customer concerns and post-move issues
Supporting operational planning and logistics
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Liaising with drivers, removal crews and office staff
About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in operations, scheduling, logistics or administration
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confidence handling customer concerns professionally
A proactive and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Previous experience within transport, removals or logistics is highly regarded but not essential.
MR or Forklift Licence advantageous but not required.
