adjusting activities and approaches to cater to individual needsCollaborate with families to build strong partnerships and ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate records and comply with all relevant childcare regulations and policiesParticipate in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forDiplomaI in Early Childhood Education and Care5 days per week, 37.5hours, PPT roleDemonstrated experience working as a Child Care Educator in a long day care or similar settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleaguesCreativity and a passion for facilitating play-based learning experiencesThorough understanding of child development, and the ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate programsCommitment to upholding high standards of safety, health and wellbeing for childrenCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificationsWorking with Children Check (or ability to obtain)What we offerAt Evolution Early Learning Kuluin we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
