Job Title: People & Culture Administrator
Reports to: Head of Shared Services
Location: Rhodes, Sydney, NSW
Work Type: Full-time (Permanent)

About the Role
As a People & Culture Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality People & Culture administration across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to changes and offboarding.
You will also be the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries, supporting employees and leaders with a responsive, employee-centred approach.
This roles requires someone with attention to details and highly productive with time management and ability to navigate through complex transactions.
YOu need to be able to think beyond the task to the impact of system changes and processes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver HR administration outcomes for assigned client groups including:
Coordinate timely and accurate onboarding to support a positive candidate experience.
Process employee changes and maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.
Action termination requests and manage offboarding processes promptly and accurately.
Create and issue contracts and variation letters; ensure acceptance and correct storage.
Triage People & Culture requests and resolve or elevate as appropriate.
Provide first level support on policies, systems, employment conditions and inquiries.
Document, optimise and improve systems, processes, and templates.
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
About You
A formal qualification in Human Resources
Experience in a business administration role, ideally within HR/shared services for minimum of 12 months.
Experience working with HR and/or payroll systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of employment legislation and National Employment Standards.
Intermediate Microsoft skills (especially Word and Excel) and confidence working with data.
High attention to detail and ability to think through a process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong focus on process, accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
