If you're passionate about helping people secure safe housing, building strong community partnerships and advocating for those experiencing homelessness, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day.As a Caseworker, you'll work alongside individuals and families who are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness, helping them navigate housing options, access critical support services and build a pathway towards long-term stability.You'll become a trusted point of contact, providing practical support during times of crisis while working collaboratively with housing providers, government agencies and community organisations to create better outcomes for people across the Central Coast.No two days are the same—but every day you'll know your work has purpose.What you'll be doingSupporting individuals and families at risk of homelessness through assessment, case coordination and practical intervention.Helping people remain safely housed wherever possible or connecting them with crisis, transitional and longer-term accommodation.Providing information, referrals,



advocacy and outreach support tailored to each person's circumstances.Building strong partnerships with housing providers, DCJ Housing and local community organisations to improve access to services.Developing referral pathways that create better, faster outcomes for people experiencing housing insecurity.Representing Uniting across local homelessness networks and community forums.Maintaining accurate case notes, reporting and data in line with Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) requirements.Raising awareness of homelessness through community engagement and collaborative initiatives.Your Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology or another relevant social science discipline.
