Opportunities are currently available across Castle Hill, Blacktown and Melrose Park, with placement based on business needs and the successful candidate's location.As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about beauty, retail management and achieving business results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail teamDrive sales growth and achieve store KPIs and targetsMonitor daily, weekly and monthly store performanceDeliver outstanding customer service and maintain high service standardsRecruit, train, coach and performance-manage team membersManage rostering,
