Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is seeking a passionate, hands-on Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences from start to finish.
As the operational leader on the floor, you will oversee the successful execution of conferences, meetings, gala dinners, cocktail functions, social events and special occasions across our diverse event spaces.
You will lead by example, supporting and developing colleagues while ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard.
About the Role
Provide hands-on supervision of daily meetings and events operations.
Lead, coach and support the Events Operations team during service.
Coordinate event setup, execution and pack-down across multiple venues.
Ensure seamless delivery of conferences, meetings, gala dinners, weddings and cocktail events.
Build positive relationships with guests, clients and colleagues.
Proactively manage guest requests and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with service standards, workplace health and safety requirements and responsible service practices.
Work closely with Sales, Events, Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Monitor staffing levels and support labour management throughout events.
Lead by example through strong service, professionalism and attention to detail.
About You

Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
Energetic, positive and able to remain calm under pressure.
Experienced in conference, events, banqueting or hospitality operations.
Confident leading large-scale events and multiple operational priorities.
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Hold a current NSW RSA.
