Using a voice headset and scanning technology, you ll accurately pick and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Following voice-picking instructions to locate and pick the correct products.
Scanning items using barcode scanners to ensure order accuracy.
Packing orders carefully and securely in line with client requirements.
Meeting daily productivity targets and KPIs while maintaining quality.
Performing quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition.
Sorting and organising stock to keep warehouse operations efficient.
Processing returned items using client-specific warehouse systems.
Restocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
Safely lifting up to 25kg and completing manual handling tasks.
Following all workplace health and safety procedures to help maintain a protected working environment.

At least 3 months experience in a Voice Picking role.
Confidence using voice-picking headsets and barcode scanning equipment.
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks throughout your shift.
A reliable work ethic and a commitment to arriving on time, every time.
