We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our team on the island.In this role, you'll help shape the Lady Elliot Island experience by delivering outstanding dining for our guests.
Supporting the Head Chef, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of the kitchen, from food preparation and stock control to supervising kitchen staff.

As this is a remote posting, the only mode of transport is by light plane and successful candidates will fly in/out of Hervey Bay.All candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test
