We are currently looking for a team of dedicated Document Prep & Resourcer Assistants to join a long-term project at their flagship Greystanes hub.
About Your New Role
This isn't your typical warehouse "pick-and-pack" role.
This is a precision-based project where you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a document-from pulling it out of a legacy box to preparing it for a digital future.
Your typical day will involve:
Removing staples, paperclips, and bindings to prepare files for high-speed scanning.
Transferring physical records from old legacy storage into new, high-security housing.
Using qualified-grade scanners and RF technology to ensure every file is 100% traceable.




Cross-referencing file names and codes against digital manifests.
What We Are Looking For:
Comfortable with repetitive tasks like removing staples and sorting thin paper.
Attention to Detail.
You are comfortable standing for your shift and lifting boxes up to 15kg.
Available Monday-Friday day-shift hours.
Full PPE (Steel-capped boots and High-Vis) is required at all times onsite.
