As a passionate and experienced Hospitality assistant you will work as a member of our large hospitality team.You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of catering, and presentation whilst handling, preparing and storing food, in addition to associated cleaning tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the catering service to meet resident's food requirements.
This will include food preparation, food storage, food hygiene, distribution and serving of meals.Follow written protocols for special dietary requests.Assist with preparation of the dining rooms.Work with food safety plan and legislative guidelines.Maintain a high standard of cleaning to resident's rooms and all general areas.Adhere to infection control,
