and high-quality educational program that inspires a love of learning.About YouYou are a passionate early childhood professional who:Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.Has experience working with preschool-aged children.Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Is committed to providing high-quality education and care.Has a sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards, child protection responsibilities, and children's health and wellbeing.Is professional, reliable, positive, and flexible.Works collaboratively as part of a supportive team while also showing initiative.Builds respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Has excellent communication and organisational skills.Essential RequirementsApplicants must hold or be willing to obtain:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.Current NSW Working with Children Check.Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.Child Protection training.Current Child Safety awareness and mandatory reporting knowledge.National Child Safety TrainingA genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.What We OfferA welcoming and supportive team setting.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and families.A full time maternity leave position with the prospect for permanent employment for the right person.
