You'll work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams to help secure new business opportunities and support customer growth across Australia and New Zealand.If you enjoy bringing information together, managing multiple priorities and contributing to winning outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity.What you'll be doingCoordinate tender and bid submissions from start to finishManage tender documentation and submission databasesMonitor tender opportunities across Australia and New ZealandEnsure submissions meet deadlines and governance requirementsSupport contract administration and supplier compliance activitiesMaintain rate cards and sales support documentationPrepare reporting and sales pipeline updatesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomesSupport sales teams with administration and tender activities as requiredWhat you'll bringExperience coordinating tenders, bids or commercial submissionsStrong written communication and document management skillsExceptional attention to detail and organisational abilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesConfidence working with stakeholders across different business functionsA proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approachExperience with tender platforms such as ICN Gateway, Vendorpanel, SAP Ariba or Felix will be highly regardedWhy Kennards Hire?
