We're looking for several highly organisedAdministration Officersto start in early August for 6 months to support a busy life insurance claims team.
These roles are ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in providing effective administrative support.You will be responsible for ensuring claim files are updated and sensitive customer information is managed accurately and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operations of the team.Key responsibilities include:Processing incoming claims information accurately and within service levels.Following up with members, employers, medical providers and other stakeholders to obtain outstanding information.Managing incoming correspondence, document indexing,



mail and courier services.Preparing payments and completing insurance-related searches.Handling phone and email enquiries.Assisting with process improvements and general administration.About YouPrevious experience in life insurance/workers compensation/personal injury claims or similar field (such as superannuation, insurance or financial services).
Extensive administration experience.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective verbal and written communication and customer service skills.The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
