The Inspections Manager plays a key role in supporting the Property Management Team by conducting accurate, timely property inspections and reporting of maintenance.
This role ensures properties are well-maintained and compliant with tenancy laws, while also contributing to the efficiency of the property management division.This is a blend of field-based and office-based activities.
It requires robust attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work independently while representing McKeering Real Estate professionally.Key RequirementsExperience in inspections; entry condition, exit condition and routinesStrong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issuesHighly organised,
able to complete multiple inspections dailyConfident using property management software (training available)Customer-focused, professional, and able to work both independently and in a teamCurrent QLD Driver's Licence.
