We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team.Volare Tiles and Flooring, a family owned business since ****, are an Importer, Retailer and Distributor of Tiles and Flooring products with showrooms throughout Victoria and CanberraWe are seeking a person to join our small team in Canberra who will fit in with our hard working, disciplined and fun culture.As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their style, needs, and budget while providing expert advice on interior design solutions.
You'll combine your creativity with strong sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.This exciting role includes servicing our existing builder customers through conducting in store color selections,
providing quotes and converting to sales.The successful candidate must able to develop meaningful relationships with retail customers and also be responsible for representing our products to potential and established customersWe are looking for a person with compassion to care about our people and our customers, but with a drive to improve and grow sales.

As well as the opportunity to work Mondays and Fridays.Although predominantly a sales role, this position also requires some administration responsibilities including orders of stock, invoicing of sales and other general tasks.
