The role focuses on moving from reactive maintenance to proactive reliability, partnering with site leadership and a regional maintenance manager to optimise plans and resources.You will develop preventive, predictive, and shutdown plans, improve work orders, and ensure compliance while driving efficiency and uptime across both facilities.
