Then a role with Life Flow Occupational Therapy could be what you're looking for and we'd love to hear from you.We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who's passionate to work in mental health and deliverhome and community-based OT servicesto adult NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities.You will support participants to build independence, emotional regulation, daily living skills, meaningful routines and community participation, working in a strengths-based, trauma- informed and client-centred way.This role is ideal for an OT who values their own balance, autonomy, flexibility and meaningful work without excessive travel or productivity pressure.What We OfferWe believe great client outcomes start with well-supported clinicians.Flexible work arrangements– choose your days and hoursLocal Inner Sydney caseload only(no long travel days)Competitive pay:- Contractor:$110 – $140 per hour (experience-dependent)Consistent clinical support and mentoringValues-driven, psychologically safe workplaceWe trust you as a skilled and support you as a person.
- Employee:$90,000 – $140,000 + super (pro rata, depending on experience, full time, 30% bonuses for anything above revenue).
Key ResponsibilitiesHome and community-based OT assessment and interventionMental health focused OT interventions tailored to individual goalsFunctional Capacity Assessments, Change of Circumstances, progress reports and NDIS documentationHealth promotion and capacity-building strategiesLiaison with Support Coordinators, AHAs and other professionalsTravel to client homes/community locations (own vehicle required)About YouOccupational Therapist (Level 2 or above preferred)Ideally 2–3 years' experience(mental health and/or NDIS highly regarded)Confident working autonomously while collaborating with a teamStrong communication, rapport-building and report-writing skillsComfortable working with adults from diverse backgroundsEssential QualificationsBachelor or Master of Occupational TherapyCurrentAHPRA registration(no restrictions)CurrentFirst Aid & CPRWorking With Children CheckandPolice CheckAustralian Driver's Licenceand access to own vehicleAbout Life Flow Occupational TherapyLife Flow OT has supported people with psychosocial disabilities for overthree yearsand was founded byWilliam Wolfenden, an Occupational Therapist with10+ years' experience in mental health.Our practice is grounded in dignity, choice, connection and purpose.
